1st XI record very important win.

The 1st XI registered a very important, hard-fought but well-deserved win away to Randalstown. A scrappy first half finished scoreless but Queen's were the better side after the break and Hannah McMillan scored from second phase at a penalty corner four minutes into the second half. QUB then dominated and should have increased their lead on a number of occasions; however, chances came and went and they had to then defend well for the last five minutes to hold on for a very important win. Ashley Mulholland (pictured right) at the heart of the Queen's defence had an excellent game in what was a very good team performance, particularly in the second half.

The 2nd XI produced one of its best performances of the year against a strong Pegasus 2nd XI side and were a little unfortunate not to get something out of the game. Hannah Henderson in goals for Queen's had an excellent game but was finally beaten with less than ten minutes to go.

The 3rd XI played Greenisland 4th XI in the late slot at Carrick LC and retained their 100% record with a 3-0 win - the goals coming from Tori Moss, Katy Foreman and captain Vicky Greer.
